Shipment

Upon shipment, you will receive an email where you will be provided with the courier's contacts and data for the traceability of your purchase.

Shipments take place Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

It is not possible to choose the time or the day of delivery so it is good to indicate an address where there is a concierge or someone is always present on weekdays. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier makes a second delivery attempt.

After that your package will be stored at the closest deposit to you, indicated on the notice that will be left by the courier.

After ten days of storage, the package returns to the reitanosrl.com warehouses.

We recommend that you always check the integrity of the package before accepting it.

Every single package is closed with our branded tape. If the tape has been replaced or the tampering is evident, we suggest you withdraw it by signing the receipt with the right of reservation, specifying the reason.
