Mandatory general information
The Seller, pursuant to and by effect of art. 7 of Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 n. 70, informs the buyer that the goods and products covered by this contract are sold by:

These general conditions of sale have the specific function of regulating all relations deriving from the contract, which must be accepted and signed in its entirety, without any modification.
In order for the contract to become effective, the Purchasing Customer must enter all the requested data and accept all these conditions without any reservation or modification.
The Purchasing Customer who signs the contract declares, by the sole fact of his adhesion, to be in possession of the skills required by law.
The rules provided for by Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments to protect privacy, to be considered an integral part of this document, are considered to have been viewed, accepted and signed at the time of conclusion of the contract. The owner of the processing of personal data is Reitano Srl
The Purchasing Customer who did not understand these conditions of sale in their entirety can request specifications from the Seller using the contacts indicated.
The customer who does not agree with these general conditions of sale in their entirety must not proceed with the purchase of any goods and must not use the site www.reitanosrl.com
It is strictly forbidden for the Purchaser to enter false and / or invented and / or invented data and telephone numbers in the registration procedure necessary to complete the order. It is also expressly forbidden to enter data of third parties or to make multiple registrations for a single buyer customer. The Seller reserves the right to legally pursue any abuse and any fraudulent action against itself and / or against other customer buyers in the interest and for the protection of all consumers.
Sales prices
The prices of products intended for CONSUMER customers are expressed in euros, inclusive of VAT and refer to single units. The prices of products intended for BUSINESS customers are expressed in euros but net of VAT. No prices include any duties or taxes applicable in the country of destination outside the EU.
List prices may vary at any time without the Seller being required to notify them.
The cost of shipping is borne by the buyer and is specified in detail on the Shipping page.
The Purchasing Customer, before proceeding with the purchase, can check the prices, transport costs and totals in the expense summary of the virtual cart.
Contract definition
The Purchasing Customer, following the choice of the products he intends to purchase and before proceeding with the payment, will be able to view the contents of the cart.
The order and purchase are considered to have been made once the payment wizard has been completed.
The Seller, in accordance with current regulations, will confirm orders by sending an e-mail to the address provided when completing the order.
Without the conclusion of the payment procedure, the order is not considered completed and the contract is not considered concluded. Therefore, in this case the Seller will have nothing to expect from the Purchasing Customer and the Purchasing Customer must not consider the purchase procedure concluded, since the contract has not been finalized.
